SAPGUI (SAP Graphical User Interface) is the standard client for accessing SAP business applications and transactions. It provides a classic, task-focused interface across areas such as finance, logistics, and human resources, enabling users to execute transaction codes, run reports, and maintain master data against an SAP backend system.
Available as a desktop client for Windows and as a cross‑platform Java edition, SAPGUI supports multiple parallel sessions, favorites and shortcuts, theme customization, and scripting for automation. It integrates with SAP Logon for connection management and, when configured, can be accessed through a web browser. Designed for enterprise users, consultants, and administrators, SAPGUI offers reliable, high‑performance access to SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. It requires network connectivity and valid SAP credentials, with available functions determined by the user’s roles and authorizations.
SAPGUI is developed by SAP AG and is used by 3 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 6.4, 7.1, 7.2, 8.0 and 12.0. The names of program executable files are sapfewcp.exe, SAPgui.exe, saplgpad.exe, saplogon.exe and sapsettingsshow.exe.
